KLP releases new banging single ‘Heater’
Australian dance music queen KLP has been causing a stir of late with her killer creations and seriously impressive catalogue of collaborations (Skrillex and What So Not to name a few). Now she returns with a fresh serving of club fire in the form of Heater. Marrying together intoxicating vocals, playful synths and a serious low-end bump, KLP’s exquisite production skills are once again brought to the fore. Premiering on Triple J radio with Declan Byrne, Heater was written and produced entirely by KLP in her Sydney home studio. It’s also the latest taste of KLP’s debut album, coming later this year.
“In the middle of Sydney summer I was struggling to get through days in the studio with temperatures closing in on late 30 degrees – I would sit in pretty much swimmers dripping in sweat but one morning the inspiration came in hot and heavy when I started a new project and smashed this out in the day. It’s fun and rowdy and I can’t wait to slam this out in the clubs.” – KLP
Having recently performed to a huge crowd at the Big Pineapple Music Festival in Australia, KLP is on a run with stellar 2019 releases including Under The Influence and special cut Until I Find You, as well as the new dance floor filler… Heater.
KLP has been DJing for over nine years. Always producing and recording her own vocals, she also loves song writing for others and making mixes in her beloved Triple J house party role which she left in 2018 to pursue her music career.
